SHIPPING POLICY
What You Need to Know
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination.
Portugal and Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores): 5 euros
Europe and the rest of Spain and Portugal: 15 euros
Customs costs are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer. The amount of these fees depends on the regulations in force in each country or territory of destination.
Our items are all manufactured by D'Talhes. We make small collections. We do not work with large stocks, for this reason, we define delivery times that allow us to attend to the customer in case of a large volume of orders. When the product is in stock, the terms may be shorter.
For shipments to the Peninsula (Portugal and Spain), the delivery time is 4 to 6 business days, from the day after the payment confirmation date, except for delays caused by transport or customs.
D'Talhes cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in the receipt of your orders, thus when the order is delivered to the transport agency, the customer is informed of the tracking code, that way he can know the situation and estimate the date of delivery. D'Talhes is not responsible for non-compliance with delivery time when is not caused by our company.
To ensure delivery, in the short time possible, it's necessary to write in the order the name and telephone number of the recipient. When your purchase is done, will be sent an email with the confirmation and invoice. A second email will be sent at the moment your package is sent. If exceptionally the shipment of your purchase is delayed, we will contact the customer by email.
If you want to specify any details about the delivery, use the comments section right after ordering, or later via email to d.talhesfromportugal@gmail.com with the order reference. Upon receipt of the order, you must check any incident or damage to the merchandise received or its packaging and notify D'Talhes of the incident in less than 24 hours.
